Partner Network

Turn your telecom relationships into recurring revenue.

You spent years building relationships and learning how telecom actually works. Those relationships have value. Opn is building a network of experienced professionals who identify opportunities, make introductions, and participate economically in the business they help create.

You bring the relationship. Opn brings the platform, the carrier access, and the execution.

No customer names or confidential details required to apply.
The model

A different kind of telecom opportunity.

Introduce qualified business to Opn and earn on the business you help generate.

Experienced sales leaders, executives, consultants and channel professionals increasingly want to stay active in telecom without stepping straight into another full-time sales seat. At the same time, businesses everywhere need help launching wireless brands, deploying IoT, and replacing tired broadband with fixed wireless.

The Opn Partner Network sits where those two needs meet. This isn't a call list and a quota — it pairs your industry knowledge and relationships with our infrastructure and delivery.

Traditional sales compensation usually stops when the role does. We think there's a better model: qualified partner relationships can include ongoing revenue participation on eligible business, so a good introduction keeps paying well after it's made. Specific structures vary by opportunity and involvement, and are discussed individually with selected partners after qualification and an executed MNDA.

Opn operates across the whole stack, which gives partners multiple ways in. You don't need to know which product fits — make the connection and we'll work it out together.

Deployments that need more than SIM cards — asset tracking, telematics, industrial IoT, connected health, and multi-carrier SGP.32 eSIM provisioning at scale.

IoT & M2M
05

Fixed Wireless & Infrastructure

Business internet, backup connectivity, construction sites, broadband replacement, tower and dark-fiber capacity, and edge colocation.

06

Platform, Billing & Payments

Companies that need the systems to operate telecom at scale — private-label subscriber management, billing, usage intelligence, merchant processing and APIs.

Platform

Behind every deal

Carrier agreements, network integrations, provisioning, billing, usage management, SIM and eSIM logistics, APIs, taxation, compliance and support. You focus on finding opportunities and building relationships — Opn runs the infrastructure underneath them.

How it works

Five steps from application to income.

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your background and the kinds of opportunities you typically come across. No customer names or confidential details required to apply.

  2. 2

    Meet with Opn

Selected applicants meet our team directly. We learn your experience and relationships, and you learn how Opn operates and which opportunities fit the platform.

  3. 3

    Execute an MNDA

Before discussing confidential opportunities, pricing or commercial structures, qualified partners sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  4. 4

Set your structure & register deals

Some partners simply make introductions. Others stay involved through the sales cycle or build an ongoing portfolio. We agree the structure with you, then you register qualified opportunities to establish ownership of the relationship.

  5. 5

Opn executes — you share in the result

We handle solution design, carrier strategy, pricing, contracting, provisioning, billing and support. As eligible partner-generated business turns into revenue, partners can receive ongoing commissions under the agreed structure.

Another path

Not looking for another sales job?

You may not need one.

Some of the most capable people in telecom have spent decades building relationships across carriers, customers, vendors, technology companies and the channel. A career transition shouldn't make all of that irrelevant.

The Partner Network is another way to stay active in the industry, create new opportunities, and build recurring income around the expertise you already have. For some people it becomes a meaningful business on its own. For others, it's the beginning of something larger with Opn.

Why Opn

Why partner with us.

One partner, many openings

An IoT conversation can become an enterprise mobility rollout. An enterprise client may want its own wireless brand. Opn's breadth lets you follow the opportunity instead of hunting for a new provider each time.

Bring the problem, not the solution

You don't need to architect anything before making an introduction. Connect us to the need and our team works out the right connectivity and commercial structure.

Recurring revenue potential

Qualified partner relationships can include ongoing revenue participation on eligible business — so a single successful introduction can keep producing income long after it closes.

Operators, not resellers

Opn is built by telecom people with decades across carriers, wholesale, infrastructure and billing. We know the difference between selling connectivity and actually running it.

FAQ

Questions partners ask first.

What is the Opn Partner Network?

It's a program for experienced telecom, wireless, IoT and business development professionals who want to introduce opportunities to Opn Communication and potentially earn ongoing commissions on eligible business they help generate.

Is this a full-time job?

No. Participation does not require employment with Opn. Partners take part as independent referral, sales, channel or strategic partners depending on the relationship established. Any employment discussion would be handled separately.

Does Opn pay recurring commissions?

Qualified partners may be eligible for ongoing commissions on eligible business they introduce or help develop. Structures depend on the opportunity and the partner's involvement, and are discussed directly with selected partners.

What commission percentage do you pay?

We don't publish a single standard rate, because opportunities vary by product, customer, revenue model, margin and how involved the partner stays. Structures are discussed individually with qualified partners, generally after an MNDA is in place.

Do I need telecom sales experience?

Telecom experience helps, but it isn't the only path in. What matters most is genuine relationships with businesses that buy connectivity, and the judgment to recognize a real opportunity when you see one.

Do I have to disclose my customers to apply?

No. The initial inquiry only asks about your background and the types of opportunities you encounter. Confidential customer detail is only discussed after an MNDA is executed.

How much time does this take?

As much or as little as you want. Some partners make a single introduction a quarter and stay out of the process. Others stay hands-on through the sales cycle. Both are valid — we agree the structure with you up front.

Can I stay at my current job?

Yes, as long as it doesn't conflict with your existing agreements. Most partners participate alongside their current role. Check your own non-compete and conflict-of-interest obligations before you introduce an opportunity.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

Our partner team reviews it and follows up directly. If there's a fit, we schedule a conversation, and qualified partners move to an MNDA before any confidential opportunity, pricing or commercial structure is discussed.

Can a partner relationship lead to a role at Opn?

It has happened. We meet strong operators through this network, and when there's a mutual fit any employment conversation is handled separately from the partner relationship — never as a condition of it.

The mission

Help us build the next generation of wireless.

Telecom is being rebuilt right now — multi-carrier cores, eSIM, private networks, software-defined everything. The people who understand both sides of that shift are rare, and they're usually not sitting in a sales seat waiting for a quota.

  • If you know wireless — the networks, the economics, the places margin actually lives.
  • If you know the people building it — the operators, integrators and founders launching something new.
  • If you know the companies buying it — the enterprises, fleets and brands that need connectivity to work.

Then there's a place for you here. Not as a lead list — as a partner with real economics in the business you help create.

Your network is worth more than a salary.

Apply to the Opn Partner Network. Tell us who you are and the kind of business you see — we'll take it from there.
